itc Industrial Park covers a total area of about 60,000 square meters, including about 300,000 square meters of construction area, with a total investment of over 1 billion yuan. The first phase was officially implemented, integrating automation, information, and intelligence, greatly enhancing overall production efficiency and quality control levels.
The original speaker, LED display, and electronics factories have relocated to this site. Advanced technologies such as fully automated precision production lines, DIP insertion, VGA intelligent warehousing, smart logistics, and signage management are fully introduced, optimizing production processes, and increasing existing capacity fourfold.
The original speaker factory had an annual production capacity of over 6 million speakers. After relocating to the new industrial park, it achieves a comprehensive upgrade in automation and intelligence of professional speakers' production process.
Advanced equipment such as the Klippel acoustic testing system and Clio acoustic testing system are adopted. In addition, an anechoic chamber was built, and the walls were covered with sound-absorbing materials, providing a free sound field space and extremely low background noise for acoustic testing. This facility enables high-precision audio testing to ensure consistency and stability in sound quality for every speaker.
The LED display factory is another highlight of the new industrial park, consisting of five major workshops, including SMT workshop, module assembly workshop, aging workshop, cabinet assembly workshop, and packaging workshop, and four warehouses, including raw material warehouse, structural warehouse, electronic constant temperature and humidity warehouse, and finished product warehouse.
Each indoor and outdoor LED screen undergoes professional assembly, rigorous testing, and meticulous packaging to ensure product quality and performance meet industry standards.
The electronics factory primarily produces intelligent terminal devices, such as conference systems, paperless conference systems, professional amplifiers, etc.
The new park has undergone upgrades in technology and equipment, featuring highly automated devices such as YAMAHA high-speed SMT machine, AOI (automatic optical inspection), and X-ray inspection, significantly improving production efficiency and product pass rates.
The new industrial park has implemented a closed-loop quality management system throughout all stages of production. In addition, itc has obtained multiple certifications, including ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, ISO20000 information technology and service management system, weapon equipment quality management system, and information security management system, further enhancing the company’s management level and market reputation.
